I won’t get into details of the transaction, but he was able to take a less than ideal sale and turn it into a deal that satisfied everyone’s needs. He had my best interests in mind. It’s too often people get shuttled through transactions and agents get frustrated and impatient. Not Andrew, we worked together for months and months, and was routinely checking in and always gave his advice when asked. Great guy, amazing agent. His service will not disappoint! Unlike other realtors Andrew is really invested in building relationships and will spend the time to educate the clients , be patient and nimble.
